Rename a recorded audio file. You can rename an audio file that has been recorded. Go to the Transcribed Files folder in OneDrive, or at the top of the Transcribe pane, click the name of the recording. When the audio player interface appears, close it to return to the Transcribed Files folder.

Microsoft PowerPoint offers features to record audio narration and export as a video. PowerPoint records audio slide-by-slide rather than in one continuous file, allowing creators to easily re-record a slide if they make a mistake or need to change something later.

Note: When you export your presentation as a video, any narrated audio that was recorded in Slide Show will play, but other embedded media files won't play. After you've saved your presentation as a video, you can share it just as you would any other video, by using applications or devices that can open and play videos.

After you finish your recording, Zoom saves an mp4 file to your computer (or it will be a cloud recording if you have that feature enabled). Reviewing them can be tedious, especially if you need to transcribe the recording.

ScreenFlow records to a proprietary format that other apps can't read – so you have to export it first, and that's slowww. So Recut comes with a built-in screen recorder. Record your screen (plus audio) straight to a standard.mp4 file, and when you're done, the file is ready to edit immediately. Never record the wrong screen again
